Sending an inquiry does not confirm a purchase or a repair. The quote, availability of parts or consumables, deadlines, and specific conditions are confirmed before accepting the service. No payments are made on this website.
Before handing over a device, make a backup whenever possible. State the known faults and agree on the work you authorize.

For new clients only and their first service. One use per client. Not combinable.
Welcome discount conditions
- Exclusive for customers who have not yet contracted our services through any channel. A change of email, phone, or contact channel does not turn a regular customer into a new one. One-time use per customer; subsequent services do not have this discount.
- The advertised percentage is applied to the total agreed amount of the first service, including taxes. It does not apply to purchases of products independent of that service.
- You must enter the code and confirm the booking within the announced period. Copying the code or sending an inquiry does not reserve the discount. If the job is booked during the promotion, it can be carried out later on the agreed date without losing the discount.
- Not combinable with other coupons, discounts, or offers. It does not apply retroactively to services already contracted, performed, or paid for. It is not redeemable for cash and does not generate credit for another purchase.
- Before confirming the quote or payment, it will be verified that the discount applies. If you are already a customer, you can sign up at the regular price. These conditions do not modify previous contracts or your rights as a consumer.
