What to check if your phone won't charge

Check the charger

Try a compatible cable and adapter that are working properly. Check for visible damage and avoid continuing to use a damaged accessory.

Don't force the connector

If the cable is loose or only charges in one position, don't force it or insert metal objects. The charging port may need to be checked.

Request an inspection
